I ordered one of each of the 4 different map mugs - but unfortunately this one was missing and there were 2 of the earliest map which are in black and white only, as per the original map. I reported it and there was no quibble about sending the missing mug. Unfortunately, they sent 2 more of the earliest map and still no 1896-1904 mug! I am not going to pursue it further as they have kindly sent six mugs when I only ordered 4 and have not asked me to return any, so will leave it at that. The mugs seem robust but the printing on the identical ones are a bit variable - two are quite dark and two are lighter. Nice to have mugs showing our local area however.

Thought I would try this site for a personal secret Santa gift .I’ve had to trace this parcel up as 1st one got lost so ordered a replacement and still waiting but took my money straight away. Hopefully I’ll receive it in time and it looks like I have to to the chasing up again on the parcel.I tried ringing to speak to someone but couldn’t get no answer. This is the 1st time on using this site and it has put me off using it again

Ordered a personalised mug for my sons Christmas present. First mug came smashed I sent a picture and asked for a replacement which also came smashed. Think it was probably a case of poor product and bad delivery service. Wouldn’t use again.

I have received a cup with the new badge which is not what I ordered and not what is advertised. I am really unhappy about this. The whole point was that I wanted the original Wigan crest.

Maybe in future you should use a courier service instead of Royal Mail.
