I’ve given Go Find a Gift 5* because the whole ordering experience was fantastic really quick and the site was very easy to navigate. The sad thing is I never actually got to give the personalised mug as a gift as it arrived broken a replacement was sent, which arrived Christmas Eve unfortunately it too was broken. All through the customer service was brilliant and they did their utmost to get this mug to me unfortunately Hermes let them down. I got an immediate refund, you couldn’t ask for better service. They have lots of great gifts to choose from and I will be ordering from them again. Fantastic customer service.

This was a Christmas present for my mother who grew up in the 1980s, but sadly there were no significant memories mentioned besides the political news involving the I.R.A and Margaret Thatcher

I would have hoped that the text ordered would have been more outstanding than the final version.
It would have been better received if the text had been engraved and infilled with paint.
