Misleading that this book is personalised beyond the cover page. Your child doesn’t then become “part of the story”, although their name is printed on each page it doesn’t feature in the narrative. Therefore you could have handwritten the message up front for the same result. So not really happy with this.

I paid extra for my order to be with me on time as it was for my child's school teacher. However, it was too late for Christmas. I was told the company had a hugh backlog but this isn't really good enough. Orders should not be accepted if they cannot be honoured.

The bottle is good quality but the personalisation could do with being much bigger/bolder, particularly with shorter names.
