Purchased 2 personalised mugs. The print quality was the worst I have ever seen. Could barely read the names and the background colours were faded. Did not look at all like the mugs advertised on the website.

I’m very disappointed with my one and only order which was the Daily Mirror 1960s Decade paperback book which was going to be a gift for my dad this Christmas, but I’m worried that I won’t be getting it delivered at all as the Royal Mail delivery service is extremely delayed with their service. Firstly, I payed for my order on 29th November from you lot with a confirmation email saying that my order will be expected to be an estimated delivery from 2nd December to 8th December, then I received a text message last Friday on 4th December saying that it will be delivered by Royal Mail between Monday 7th December to Thursday 10th December but I haven’t received anything since. Thirdly, I emailed on Thursday evening about my enquiry regarding about my order, I received a reply on Friday morning saying that the Royal Mail is having delays with the delivery service without any explanation. I replied back straight away asking if there’s any indication on what date I could potentially receive delivery before Christmas, and I got no reply back since. Unfortunately I’m sorry to say this but I’m very disappointed and even if I do receive my order I won’t be shopping here again.
