Excellent. Ordered 4 for different postcode locations. The firm picked up an error in one of them, which was rapidly corrected. They arrived in good time, very efficiently packaged. I look forward to distributing them around the family as soon after Christmas as we can all safely meet.

Rubbish. The original order was apparently lost.The second mug (although it may have been the delayed original) arrived without notice whilst I was out. It was broken and therefore useless. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but I doubt a replacement can be arranged in time.

Ordered 1 mug came smashed. Sent out replacement that arrived smashed as well. Rather than send me it again and offering me another one i get a message saying i’ve been refunded but still no money in my bank. Fuming.

Purchased 2 personalised mugs. The print quality was the worst I have ever seen. Could barely read the names and the background colours were faded. Did not look at all like the mugs advertised on the website.
