A Very good quality gift!!

I have requested details of your returns policy twice but still haven't received it. I emailed you immediately after receiving the clock that I was appalled with the quality of the clock and that I wanted to return it and obtain a full refund. I got an email back asking what was wrong with it. I told them but still they haven't sent me anything. There was no paperwork with the product at all; hence the reason I had to email you. If I don't get a response by Saturday and my money back I am going to take it further. In order to submit my review I have had to click one star and one to recommend you. I would have given you zero for each but it won't let me send it if I don't. I await your response.
