order of a special gift for my son. The quality was very bad when arrived however after being advised the supplier was changed and a replacement will be sent I have to say the replacement was perfect and the customer service was responsive to my concern.

Item came quickly and as requested only bad thing I could comment on was I had the item gift wrapped and when it arrived the decoration (the bow) was squashed and it looked a bit flat but other than that would definitely use again
