What I really liked about Go Find a Gift was that the item was very well described. It was also very clear that they’d send it to the recipient without any indication of price etc. It was sent very quickly, I received email updates and the recipient was delighted.

Item came quickly and as requested only bad thing I could comment on was I had the item gift wrapped and when it arrived the decoration (the bow) was squashed and it looked a bit flat but other than that would definitely use again

I have requested details of your returns policy twice but still haven't received it. I emailed you immediately after receiving the clock that I was appalled with the quality of the clock and that I wanted to return it and obtain a full refund. I got an email back asking what was wrong with it. I told them but still they haven't sent me anything. There was no paperwork with the product at all; hence the reason I had to email you. If I don't get a response by Saturday and my money back I am going to take it further. In order to submit my review I have had to click one star and one to recommend you. I would have given you zero for each but it won't let me send it if I don't. I await your response.
