Excellent. My pal Martin, a Yorkshire man, has been a Burnley supporter for over 80 years. I got him the mug for his 87th birthday
and he is "over the moon" I got him Burnley champagne for a birthday previously but he has not opened it yet just wants to keep it intact!.

Terrible service. I ordered a personalised BWFC newspaper book in the first week of December for a Christmas present. Delivery date was 13th-19th December. It failed to arrive by 19th so I got in touch. After a few days, I received an email to say it was on its way. It didn't arrive. Therefore I had no gift for my father in law on Christmas Day. Thanks for that. It's 30th December as I write this and it still hasn't arrived. Abysmal. Avoid.

It was a fabulous idea for a gift for an avid west brom fan, however the name was printed in black lettering which does not show up clearly on the navy blue stripes. This was disappointing as the gift was brought in mind to put on display. I remeber the lettering on the advert being red so i'm not sure what happened there. Must admit i was disappointed.
