It was a fabulous idea for a gift for an avid west brom fan, however the name was printed in black lettering which does not show up clearly on the navy blue stripes. This was disappointing as the gift was brought in mind to put on display. I remeber the lettering on the advert being red so i'm not sure what happened there. Must admit i was disappointed.

Disappointing. Ordered a gift at the start of December with expected delivery quoted 7th-13th. Emailed when it hadn't arrived by 20th only to get generic "orders are dispatched for Christmas delivery" reply. Telephoned twice to chase and hadn't been sent, ended up requesting delivery direct to recipient so I was unable to wrap. Did arrive just in time but disappointed at lack of communication.

Worst company I have ever ordered from, I ordered from this website on the 9th December my parcel didn’t arrive I emailed them on the 20th December only to receive an email back saying they had just dispatched it! This caused me a lot of stress as it was a Christmas present. The parcel did arrive before Christmas only for me to open it and find it broken leaving me running around frantically on Christmas Eve to find a replacement present. I emailed the company when it arrived broken and still no response , yet they have to cheek to email me asking for feedback ! I strongly recommend that no one orders from this company.

Order gift 4th December, Email advised Eta 7th - 13th. On 14th still not arrived. Chased & after 2 days emailed new Eta 21st dec - 3rd Jan!
Ordered as a Christmas gift which we'd agreed to give out on 19th as last day we'd see each other, eta for after Christmas not acceptable! When finally arrived gift is ok but not really worth the money, only 1 ball when box indicates plural, definitely not worth the wait!

Absolutely so disappointed, I didn’t want a forename , such I left blank and it came back saying “ forename “ obviously no one checks it , as if I would want it to say “ forename”

I ordered a mug from Go Find A Gift. On the positive side it arrived in time for Christmas and I hadn’t ordered it with much time to spare. However, on arrival the mug handle was broken into pieces. It wasn’t protected in the small, flimsy box at all. I’ve contacted the team three times and am yet to hear back so currently have received no reassurance that the gift will be reissued. Very disappointing that the gift was broken in the first place, but even more so that they now won’t respond.
