I stupidly read the word silver and didn't think it just meant the colour! I find it hard to believe that is not deliberate. Around £15 is incredibly expensive for a small piece of steel. I could say I feel cheated but I feel a bit of a fool.

Nice product but ordering process was not good. I appreciate Christmas is busy which is why I called before I ordered on 6th as I needed it by 14th. I was assured if I order that day it would be with me in time so I placed the order. Communication was poor, I had to keep chasing for the item to be dispatched. Chased on 11th and was told it would reach me by 14th. The item did not arrive on 14th. In fact I received a notification on 20th that it had only now been dispatched and to expect between 21st Dec and 3rd Jan. Arrived 3rd Jan, nearly 1 month since ordering!

Terrible service. I still have an outstanding query relating to the wrong item/number of items received, lack of information relating to the non resolution of my issues and no apology. My gift order was for a pair of personalised "first Christmas" glasses which have still not been received. I would like the items as requested (as better late than never), an apology and explanation relating to the poor service and a full refund as the order was time dependent i.e. first christmas.
