I ordered a personalised ‘on this day’ book for a present. When it arrived I wasn’t happy with the quality as a little bit of the writing was coming away. However I emailed the customer services department and a new one was sent out straight away with no hassle. This is a lovely, individual gift and I can’t wait to give it as a Christmas gift. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant book. Perfect to engross my 3yr old grandson. The illustrations are appealing with bright colours. The frequent use of the child's name makes it exciting for the child. Would definitely recommend these books.

I have given only two stars because I was disappointed - not with the keyring itself, (hence not a 1 star) but the engraving is very hard to see. The keyring needs to be turned at an angle to see the writing.

The inscription on cup wasn’t in same place as picture showed and the delivery driver threw the parcel over my gate which is too high for him to have seen what was on the other side my dog then raced around the garden with it would of been broken if not wrapped in bubble wrap
