Good quality, would recommend to a friend. Although it would of been nice the cup came within a gift box rather than just the postal packaging.

Absolutely so disappointed, I didn’t want a forename , such I left blank and it came back saying “ forename “ obviously no one checks it , as if I would want it to say “ forename”

I ordered a mug from Go Find A Gift. On the positive side it arrived in time for Christmas and I hadn’t ordered it with much time to spare. However, on arrival the mug handle was broken into pieces. It wasn’t protected in the small, flimsy box at all. I’ve contacted the team three times and am yet to hear back so currently have received no reassurance that the gift will be reissued. Very disappointing that the gift was broken in the first place, but even more so that they now won’t respond.

Clicked on the "memorial" tealight candle holder and peronalised it. There was 4 or 5 lines which was the best one I'd seen on the internet as I could write more. After purchase I recieved an email saying I'd ordered a wedding candle so would have to just have 3 lines of writing for thr same price. There's cheaper on thr Internet but I just couldnt go through personalising again! So I left it. After reading my email I saw that it actually said "memorial tealight "!!!!! I feel a bit cheated as I could have got it cheaper and also I didn't know it came with pre written writing on the back! I didn't want that as I just wanted the date on it!

Received what I thought was my order only to open it to find only half my order and the mug was for a different team and different name. Impossible to speak to anyone and only allows you to leave a message. Have left mesaages but yet no one has responded to me. Totally unprofessional and would avoid them at all costs.

Disappointed in the quality and colour. The name embossing on the front was not straight. What I thought would be a special gift turned out to be a stocking filler. Would have returned it had there been enough time to replace it.

Have not seen it as posted it straight to Greece with other Christmas parcels, did not want to disturb the packaging, but I am sure my grandson will be over the moon with it

Purchase is a quality product, it was delivered two days later than expected. I needed to to find the depot and collect given lateness and unable to re-route to a second address.
