Delivery was fast however product is of very poor quality especially for the price. The spine cracks easily the paper the pictures are printed on is of very low quality. Would not recommend buying this product at all.

I ordered a personalised ‘on this day’ book for a present. When it arrived I wasn’t happy with the quality as a little bit of the writing was coming away. However I emailed the customer services department and a new one was sent out straight away with no hassle. This is a lovely, individual gift and I can’t wait to give it as a Christmas gift. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant book. Perfect to engross my 3yr old grandson. The illustrations are appealing with bright colours. The frequent use of the child's name makes it exciting for the child. Would definitely recommend these books.

I have given only two stars because I was disappointed - not with the keyring itself, (hence not a 1 star) but the engraving is very hard to see. The keyring needs to be turned at an angle to see the writing.
