Very disappointed. Difficult to rate as, whilst the clock face is lovely, I was very disappointed that you used cheap white plastic hands - completely ruined the look of it. Had it had metal hands, even if they were white, it would have been perfect - five stars. I had to take it to a clock repairer to have the hands replaced with much nicer hands. Such a shame as the slate and message were beautiful.

Quick delivery and pleased with book although it was a lot thinner than I expected, but never the less well illustrated and the personalisation makes it unique - on the whole very pleased and I can’t wait to give it to my 4 year old Great Nephew!!

Gift was delivered on time, the item was spot on, just what I wanted. The person who received the gift was over the moon because it had his initials on the cufflinks and the engraving on the box was a big hit. Didn't cost the earth but was worth so much more to us than financial cost.
