It's a beautiful picture., but despite saying 'do not bend' on the envelope it did come with a bend in one corner., I have had to buy a separate frame to put it in.

So far i have had 4 mugs the first 2 delivered smashed the 3rd was a Chelsea mug instead of Sheffield United the 4th they have left the word ‘surname. on it. They are now not returning my calls😡
