After some time of not receiving the mug I contacted the company and they quickly investigated into it and found that it had got lost in the system. They pulled out the stops and sorted out the problem getting the mug to me a few days later. A hickup to start but friendly and hardworking staff resolved a poor review to 5 stars. Thank you for doing as you promised but I hope we beat Stoke on the 29th, sorry.

Item hasn’t been received. I have emailed a few times and have been told to go to neighbours and post office to check it isn’t there. It isn’t?! No card was left IF it was delivered. I am awaiting a response and am really disappointed as this was a Christmas present. It was ordered on the 9th Dec.

Sadly it arrived broken. I contacted Go Find A Gift immediately and received a quick response to say a replacement is on the way. This hasn’t arrived yet so it’s fingers crossed it arrives. I did like the mug so if it arrives before Christmas I will be happy to give a higher review

I found the ordering system complicated. It looked as though you had to choose favourite players to go on the mug too. However finished product is great and I like the idea of an accompanying coaster. I should be happy to use you again.

Very disappointed. I sent you an email as soon as I opened the box but you haven’t replied. I was hoping that the postcode would have been zoomed in but you can’t even see it. You also sent a second mug with no relevant area on it. It was meant as a gift and now I’ve got to apologise as I hand it over. Mrs R S Allen
