I ordered a pink rose, it came late and the parcel came empty and in a bag, did not come in a box and did not recieve the rose, I complained to the company, which they offered to send out another one but the pink was out of stock, so had to get a red one instead, which wasn't really ideal but it was the only option, was not offered a refund just a replacement, but in all fairness the ingraving was good and the product itself is good quality, however will not be ordering from this company again

Very impressed with the slate plaque. Bought it for a friend's 70th birthday. Great having opportunity to put your own words on a plaque. It arrived very quickly but thought there was not enough packaging to protect slate as it is fragile. First one was broken on arrival.
