The first mug arrived and the handle was completely shattered, I could hear all the bits moving around in the box before I’d even opened it. I sent a message to customer service and they replaced it for me for free with faster delivery and the second one was absolutely fine. They were quick to resolve the issue which I appreciated, however having to wait longer to give a gift was a little inconvenient.
