Superb customer service: phoned for advice and Angela emailed me exact mock-up. Product was made that afternoon and delivered the next day. I get the impression it would have arrived within a day or two even if I hadn’t paid for express delivery such was their efficiency. Great value for money. Slate and engraving look marvellous.

I ordered it on Tuesday and received it on Thursday that was using standard delivery. I ordered a personalised 'rugby on this day' book for my husband from our toddler for his birthday. The book arrived and the front cover was correct but the content was all about football. I contacted a couple of weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a reply.
