I read several reviews prior to buyang where customers unhappy that book hadn't been finished properly. Mine arrived and sadly similar to reviews the spine was damaged & back page not glued properly. I rang company they asked me to send photos. Upon receipt they immediately agreed to send me a new book. The new book arrived within a week and it's perfect. Def recommend this book

The first book arriv d quickly. However when the postman put it through my letterbox the corner was damaged. You immediately sent me another one where the same thing happened again. Whilst it would be a waste to send me yet another one, I would respectfully suggest you either protect the corners of books or send them in a way that they have to be signed for.

I ordered a personalised pink teddy bear but I was so disappointed when I received it as I did not expect it to be so miniature in size. I seriously think it’s overly priced. The customer service was not good enough in dealing with complaints of unsatisfied customers so I was not thoroughly happy with my experience with this company at all. Won’t be making a mistake of purchasing again from them in the future!

Go Find A Gift were excellent. Their unique gifts helped me provide the ideal personalised birthday present for my teenage nephew who is an absolute Arsenal fan and I am confident he will enjoy this gift for years to come. When we had issues with the Hermes courier the customer service I received from Go Find A Gift was first rate. They did everything they could to resolve things and kept in touch with me all the way through. A truly personalised service and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
