The recipient was very impressed with the personalised gift. He is that impressed he is taking it away with him the next time he is caravanning so he can share it with his family. Delivery was between 3 and 5 days so it was possible to plan the day the gift would arrive, the day before retirement.

I would definitely recommend this company - the customer service is excellent. The water bottle I ordered arrived slightly damaged (in transit) and Angela in customer services was very helpful in sorting it out for me. The bottle was replaced very quickly and without any fuss. Excellent - very impressed.
