The mugs are great but I wanted them for presents to send away therefore I was disappointed that they were not individually boxed even though I did email to ask. As your replied that they would be I assumed they would be individually boxed. Probably my mistake but disappointing

Pretty much miss-sold. Bought crystal champagne glasses which are actually crystallite so similar but not crystal. Maybe there’s something in the small print but you’d think something called ‘Personalised Pair of Crystal Glass Champagne Flutes In Presentation Box’ would be crystal…Photo frame was nice and delivery was quick.

I bought it for my stepson for his birthday. To say he was over the moon is a understatement!!!. It took him a few moments to take in exactly what he was looking at and became quite emotional. I personally made an error with my order. Although customer services took a day to reply and hence my order went through production already, they implemented my corrections to another product and sent it out without any fuss. AMAZING COMPANY!
