My reason for 4 stars is that the sign was not visible from the road (characters are very pale) so have had to buy another for the outside wall. However not wasted as it is going on the house and will look smart against white render

I am very pleased and impressed with the glass tankard. The birthday engraving on the glass is excellent and the tankard glass is made of strong glass which you don’t often see these days. I was very concerned about the tankard being delivered in the post in case the tankard arrived broken. But upon opening the box I could see that the tankard was well protected with lots of good packaging. Many thanks for your good customer service.
