Not happy with the quality. The xmas tree bauble is very faint. And did not like the stuck on stickers on xmas sack and xmas stocking it spoilt the look. But the quality of the sack and stocking was good.

I ordered a personalised christmas bauble for a friend who is getting married. I wanted something that was a high quality item that they would be able to treasure for many years. This item is a ceramic bauble and is personalised beautifully. The gilt 'connector' is high quality and comes with a little satin ribbon. It was really well packaged and arrived safely.
I'm really, really pleased with it and can't wait to give it to my friend - I think they will treasure it!

Poor. Item has arrived broken and haven't been able to contact customer service all day. Need a replacement asap. Will not be shopping with you again.

Good item. Value for money. Although paid for gift wrapping. But expected to be able to check the item. (In a gift box or something like) to ensure there wasn't any mistakes. With it being personalised, I wanted to check there wasn't any spelling mistakes or anything prior to giving the gift to the recipient.

Ordered Thursday and arrived Monday. The slate hanging garden sign is lovely. Great quality and completely exceeded our expectations. Will definitely order again.
