Very happy with the vase
I ordered the tapered vase with personalised engraving. I have to be honest and say I had my reservations about what I'd be getting, as I've had things engraved before of which were poor quality as the engraving could not be seen. So I was over the moon to receive the vase with high quality engraving, which is clear and very visible. The price was reasonable, and delivery was super quick! A very positive experience, and I'd definitely recommend this company! Thanks ????

I ordered three personalised breakfast sets for my Grandchildren. They arrived quickly and were really lovely, they were well received.
I contacted the company when they arrived as they were just wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box, which was disappointing. The lady I spoke to was helpful and reactive. She immediately sent me out three beautiful gift boxes at no additional cost. I would use the company again without hesitation.

Broken product
Two glass baubles ordered - one arrived with the top hook part and thread broken off, the broken off part was not in the parcel which means the bauble was put into the packaging after the breakage. Highly disappointing

Lovely little gift for the couple who have everything
Bought a christmas bauble to mark my mum's 1st wedding anniversary. She loved it! My mum and her new husband are in their 60's and I was struggling to find a small gift to mark the occasion. Friends of ours had bought one for me and my husband when we married 3 years ago. We loved it then and now enjoy putting on our tree each year. Fast, efficient service. I would definitely recommend.
