Product turned up late, not as advertised and awful quality. I have been trying to email through their contact us page and it doesn’t work. Embarrassed to give what I purchased as a Christmas gift.

Most impressed. Unfortunately an item was damaged during delivery but a replacement was received by me the morning after emailing to advise of the damage. I could not have asked for a better, hassle free, response. The items were as expected & good quality.

I bought my Dad a book for Christmas as he is a Liverpool fan. The 'personalised' sticker was stuck in lopsided. Although the book was hard backed (it cost £25.00!) the quality of print is very poor and the articles really hard to read.
Also poorly bound so that the print closest to the middle is sometimes obscured.
Is there quality control on these products?
I will NEVER order one of these again - on the website it is impossible to gauge just how thin and cheap the end product looks - plus it is illegible to not fit for purpose.
I will be embarrassed to give him this gift.

The picture showed the ‘presented to...’ was on the front cover but mine arrived with it inside and on poor quality paper. Not good value for money

I was disappointed with the product it looked better on-line plus it looks on-line that the person receiving the gift had his name embossed on the front of the book not just on a sticker on the inside .
