I ordered a personalised christmas bauble for a friend who is getting married. I wanted something that was a high quality item that they would be able to treasure for many years. This item is a ceramic bauble and is personalised beautifully. The gilt 'connector' is high quality and comes with a little satin ribbon. It was really well packaged and arrived safely.
I'm really, really pleased with it and can't wait to give it to my friend - I think they will treasure it!

Good item. Value for money. Although paid for gift wrapping. But expected to be able to check the item. (In a gift box or something like) to ensure there wasn't any mistakes. With it being personalised, I wanted to check there wasn't any spelling mistakes or anything prior to giving the gift to the recipient.

I ordered 5 pairs of personalised cufflinks for my upcoming wedding which were shipped immediately. On receipt I noticed an issue with the engraving of one cufflink and dropped an email to customer services. I was asked for a photo which I duly sent and then received a replacement within 24 hours with no argument whatsoever. Best customer service I have received for a long time and more than happy with the product itself!
