I ordered 5 pairs of personalised cufflinks for my upcoming wedding which were shipped immediately. On receipt I noticed an issue with the engraving of one cufflink and dropped an email to customer services. I was asked for a photo which I duly sent and then received a replacement within 24 hours with no argument whatsoever. Best customer service I have received for a long time and more than happy with the product itself!

I was really happy with my purchase and my parents loved them as an anniversary gift however only one of the holders came gift wrapped and the other one was in a clear cellophane package. Quite disappointed as I had a message put on the gift tag to both of them which then only had the one holder in. Overall tho the gift was lovely and good quality.
