Received my goods broken in two. I understand that this can happen however I emailed to ask for a replacement and haven't heard back. I've now sent this three times and no one has replied. Terrible customer service.

Terrible service after receiving the wrong item. I ordered the Sheffield Wednesday A3 Leatherette Newspaper Book online in brown, I paid extra for this to be engraved to make it an extra special gift. Unfortunately the newspaper book delivered was in blue. After speaking to a member of staff I was told that I’m sure the recipient would love the blue version anyway and has not been helpful in my options whatsoever, the only option I was given was to pay to send the book back to be able to receive the one that I want (even though this was their error). I have never experienced customer service like this before and this is such as shame as there’s a range of great products online. I will not be purchasing from here again as if anything is incorrect the attitude given is ‘like it or lump it’.
