I ordered a personalised mug for a friends birthday. The mug arrived on her birthday but it was broken. I advised the company and another one was despatched which I have received today and again it’s broken. The mugs are not marked fragile and are not wrapped in any kind of bubble wrap so it’s not surprising that they are arriving broken. So I am still not in receipt of a perfect mug!!!!
