The mugs that arrived are fine but one of the mugs was duplicated and one was missing. I am currently waiting for the replacement mug with the correct map print. Your office was very apologetic when I contacted you to tell of the error and confirmed a new correct mug would be sent asap.

I paid on Amazon for 4 personalised AFCB mugs to be despatched to Colombia. Unfortunately it was only later that I found that they had been sent by GoFindaGift and sadly that they had been despatched by a Royal Mail service level that does not provide a tracking service. There is no Postal Service in Colombia and I have no idea how the items will be delivered. Not impressed.
