Well presented, but many of the paper photos are blurred and poor quality.
But my son in law will enjoy it.

The luton town personal mug is a Christmas present for my son in law who is a valid Luton Town supporter,
It arrived last Wed broken not cracked but really smashed ,we contacted you with a picture by email ,you promised to send one urgently ,but so far know notification when it’s going to arrive .
I will give it until the middle of next week ,if nothing arrives by then I will be going into the Luton Town shop and demanding my money back and telling them their suppliers are rubbish .Please let me know what is happening ,the outside packaging was fine no dents in the box or crushed ,so this must have happened before it left your premises there was no packaging or order note and the plastic bag wasn’t even sealed .
