Rubbish. The original order was apparently lost. The second mug (although it may have been the delayed original) arrived without notice whilst I was out. It was broken and therefore useless. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but I doubt a replacement can be arranged in time.

It came 1 week late, and the handle is smashed, thanks a lot.

Ordered 1 mug came smashed. Sent out replacement that arrived smashed as well. Rather than send me it again and offering me another one i get a message saying i’ve been refunded but still no money in my bank. Fuming.

Ordered it ages ago and still haven’t received it. Disappointed.

Thrilled to bits, made a lovely Christmas present. Excellent service throughout. Would recommend.

Purchased 2 personalised mugs. The print quality was the worst I have ever seen. Could barely read the names and the background colours were faded. Did not look at all like the mugs advertised on the website.

I haven’t had the book yet. That’s what I’ve been enquiring about and find it most strange that you’ve sent me this. Please could you look into the whereabouts of the Question of Sport book ordered on 8/12/20 as it’s for Xmas. Thanks Jill Josypenko. Zoe emailed me earlier today and I’m hoping she’s looking into its whereabouts.
