My wife and I were delighted with the rose which was well packaged and presented, unfortunately the silver engraved tag was damaged and after several unanswered e mails I contacted pay pal and things moved forward. I have now received a new engraved tag and it’s perfect.

I think the lettering should have been white not grey to give a better contrast with the slate background
