Excellent service. Was looking for a gift for my uncle's 100th birthday. This was perfect! Even better that it could be personalised. Ordered on a Sunday and was delivered by Tuesday morning - very efficient! Wish more companies had this kind of customer service.

I was let down with the product as it was a gift for a friend. It was NOT as pretty as I had imagined it to be. BUT!! The BIGGEST disappointment was the engraving that I had carefully chosen . You could hardly SEE it! It was SO SMALL!!!! I WISH that I hadn't gone to ALL the trouble in ordering it!! It totally spoilt what was supposed to be a lovely surprise!!!
