I ordered this online and i was a little skeptical with how it may turn out considering I had lots of names to write on the bottom. It is absolutely Beautiful and it couldn’t be more perfect, It is packaged carefully which is just as well as the postman put it through my letterbox. It came super quick which surprised me considering the postal strikes. It was super easy to order and i shall definitely place future orders. I couldn’t be happier and I would highly recommend. I cannot wait to see my Mums face on christmas Day! Thank you

Item was as described, engraving was alright. Delivery was terrible (DPD next day express for almost £10!!) and didn’t get a huge amount of help to sort it. At my request, they refunded the difference in price between the express and the standard delivery but no apology was offered. Would think twice before using again or recommending, which is a shame because the item itself was alright.

My order was due for delivery between 30th November & 2nd December, but I’m still waiting for it to arrive. No doubt Royal Mail has something to do with the delay!
