I ordered engraved champagne flutes for my son and daughter in law's wedding. The champagne flutes were beautiful and engraving was just as I'd ordered. But despite my having put listed correct delivery address on the order, the delivery address put on the package was wrong. Fortunately the postman knew my daughter in law's address and was able to deliver the package to her. But this could have been a very different story.

The first one, slate, arrived in two pieces via Royal Mail. However I rang, sent a pic and a very helpful girl immediately sent a replacement which arrived safely! Thank you. I am delighted with the sign - screws were not included, but it is now on my gate.

Excellent value for money only criticism is lettering could be a bit lighter, almost light grey against a darker background, difficult to read if wet or dusty.
