Bought a personalised cat bed. Beautiful to look at but didn't keep it's shape when my cat was in it. When I complained I was told that it wasn't meant to have any 'rigid sides' (i.e. support), but if I made sure it was flat on the floor it would 'tension itself'. If by tension itself, they meant flop out like a flat blanket then they were right but I thought £24 was way too expensive for that.

Very good quality. Quick delivery, only thing was second damaged. But no problem soughted with phone call. I would like to suggest the 2 pieces of polystyrene should be all round the system so it
Doesn't move up and down. Think that's why second hand got damaged.
I would reccommend this item, lovely gift
