Lovely mug. Fast delivery

The frame is nice but the glass was very dirty with something sticky on it, I had to clean it with scratches all along the side so I’m not impressed. It’s for Father’s Day on Sunday so there’s no time to change it.

The pictures are ok but the wording on the captions is so tiny, you need a magnifying glass to read it.
I contacted the company who were totally uninterested in my comments.
I won't buy from here again - purely on the basis of poor customer aftercare.

Bought a personalised cat bed. Beautiful to look at but didn't keep it's shape when my cat was in it. When I complained I was told that it wasn't meant to have any 'rigid sides' (i.e. support), but if I made sure it was flat on the floor it would 'tension itself'. If by tension itself, they meant flop out like a flat blanket then they were right but I thought £24 was way too expensive for that.
