Lovely Plaque
Ordered this as a lasting memorial for my late Dad who loved his garden. I now live in his house and have the plaque near his pond which he loved so much.

Ordered some plaques which I didn't receive. Notified them and they informed had been delivered to a different address 2 miles away. I attempted to get them from this address but no one there. Have requested refund but been refused. Will only refund when receive item back. Considering they have proof I haven't received how on earth am I supposed to return? Appalling customer service....avoid!!!
