Arrived very speedily & well packaged. A bit disappointed that the lettering wasn’t actually etched into the slate, don’t know how long it will last.

Lovely gift…first slate plaque had been damaged in transit & so I called to request a replacement was sent out. They were very accommodating & sent it out quickly with no problems. 2nd one received all intact & looks great. Very good customer service & a great item at a great price.

I would have given 5 stars but my parcel got held up at Hermes, so I missed my nephews birthday, and had to pay to post it to him after his birthday, but the product was first class, and just what he wanted.

Really pleased with the product (Nottingham Forest water bottle). We had to ask for another bottle as the first had a mistake, but my email was answered the same day and a replacement was sent out within a couple of days so I’m really pleased with the response. First time of buying from here but I would definitely use it again.
